Over the past two years, our goal was simple: to replicate the flavors and balance of this crowd-pleasing classic. Challenge after challenge was met, and now we present one of the finest Espresso Martinis available today.
Add absolutely nothing—just pour into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into your favorite martini glass. The result is a refreshing blend of craft spirits and rich coffee, crowned with a silky crema.

The Palms Victoria “Sorry… Not Sorry” is a distinctly Canadian take on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail.
After sampling many of our finest Canadian whiskies, we selected Bearface Distillery’s single grain, triple-oaked, “Elementally Aged” whisky as the core of our Canadian Old Fashioned.
The Palms Victoria “Sorry… Not Sorry” stands unapologetic—delivering a bold and rousing taste experience that’s different from a traditional Old Fashioned, yet remains a very fine version with a proud Canadian twist.
“Sorry… Not Sorry” says it all: we the North have incredible products, and this is one we’re proud to share. This Canadian Old Fashioned is just such a product.
